remembering……a heart meditation.

The intention with this piece of "Soundscape" is that you choose a place to sit and be.

Sense your breath and connect with your heart. You have 23:23 minutes to surround your heart with breath. Feel deep into your breathing heart and listen to your being, together with your heart.

Within the heart meditation there are six energy bells that act like time references. One in the beginning and five more, dividing the 23:23 minutes into five parts. The sixth bell is the end of the meditation.
After that, allow yourself a few more moments before coming back to yourself and starting the next steps of your day.

You can do this meditation at any time of the day. Early morning,
mid day or before going to bed.

As you tune into your heart space, you can lower the volume or omit the "soundscape" altogether. In that way you create your own space for meditation.
Unless the soundscape inspires you and provides a framework that gives you the freedom to go within.

I created this simple "soundscape" in my home. Between walks in the woods, playing the trumpet, swimming (and other necessities of daily life) and other musical endeavors.

It is the result of some moments recording my Nord Lead 3 together with a midi device. I then added my trumpet, played the piece through one time. Then i processed for a while, an hour or two within a few days. That was my way to feel into the space of my heart.
